April 1, 2016 - Chestertown First Fridays. Shops and restaurants in downtown Chestertown stay open late and host special events. 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

April 3 - 9, 2016 - Talbot County Restaurant Week. Local chefs prepare special menues with two-course lunches for $20.16 and three-course dinners for $35.16.

 

April 9, 2016 - Second Saturday in Cambridge. Shops and galleries stay open late with specials, art gallery receptions, and more. 300 block of High Street, 500 block of Poplar Street, and 400 block of Race Street.

April 14, 2016 - Blessing of the Fleet at Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. A ceremony to mark the beginning of the boating season and offer prayers for a safe year. St. Michaels, MD.

April 21 - 24, 2016 - Delmarva Birding Weekend. A series of briding outtings organized for various locations on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.

April 22 - 24, 2016 - Ward World Championship Wildfowl Carving Competition and Art Festival. Over 1,000 works representing species from all over the world can be seen at this prestigious annual event. Ocean City Convention Center. Ocean City, MD.

April 22 - 24 - St Michaels Wine Fest. Wine tastings are held at a variety of locations throughout town. St. Michaels, MD.

April 28 - May 1 - Chestertown Paint the Town. Plein Air painting event. Chestertown, MD.
